Anyone here tried a mattress from Big Fig

I'm a bigger guy (6'2", ~300 lbs) and my current mattress is sagging badly after two years. I've seen Big Fig mentioned for heavy sleepers but the price is steep. Has anyone actually tried one? How's the durability and edge support? I'm worried about sinking in.

No direct experience but I remember a similar thread where someone said Big Fig is basically a tank. Following this though.

I’ve had mine for about 14 months. I’m 280 and my wife is 130 and we both like it. It’s definitely firm, but not rock hard. Edge support is great—I can sit on the side without it collapsing. The only downside is it sleeps a bit warm. No sagging yet.

Following. I'm 250 and my current mattress has a crater. Is Big Fig really worth the premium over a cheap firm mattress?

@skeptical_sasquatch how's the motion transfer? My wife is a light sleeper and moves around a lot.

Motion transfer is minimal due to the coils and foam. She hasn't complained. But warm sleeping might be a dealbreaker for some. We got a cooling mattress pad and it's fine now.

i had a Big Fig for 6 months and hated it. Way too firm for side sleeping. I'm 220 lbs and it felt like a brick. Returned it. Their customer service was helpful though. YMMV.

That's interesting. Maybe it depends on sleeping position. I'm a stomach sleeper, so firm is good.

So mixed reviews.I guess I'll need to try one in person. Is there a showroom anywhere?
